- We’ll discover what your core fears and desires are through the Enneagram can show you more about your traumas, coping mechanisms, and unconscious fears and desires. The private session will go deeper in depth about your specific Enneagram type. You’ll get a full digital copy of your Enneagram, covering a wide range of life/work/business preferences.
- We’ll discover how you perceive the world and make decisions. with the MBTI test. The private session will go deeper in depth about your specific MBTI. Included with the program, is a full digital copy of your MBTI type.
- Then, in Week 4, we’ll put all of those things together to show your true self, and see the areas you can improve in. The private session will go deeper in depth.
- Using Cognitive Behavior Therapy techniques, you’ll learn to change your automatic negative thoughts (ANTs).
- Using CBT techniques, you’ll learn to change your procrastination tendencies by recognizing your DRIFT – Distant & Restless Inner Focus Trap
- You’ll also learn to PACE and PLAN your days for optimal success in your family, social, and business.
